Today's Tip

Ride More To Feel Better - If you’re getting into cycling and feeling sore when you ride, it may be because you’re not riding enough. You need to ride several days a week for a few weeks to build up your pedaling muscles and get used to sitting on the saddle. This will also benefit your cardiovascular fitness and improve your flexibility making riding feel more natural. So, stick with it!

QUICK FIX: Your Chain Fell Off!

When the chain falls off you can usually just shift it back on!

PROBLEM: Dagnabit! The chain fell off your new bicycle.

CAUSE: You may have hit a bump while shifting, which threw the chain.

SOLUTION: Relax! This happens even to pros and the fix is super simple! You can usually shift the chain back on by pedaling very gently and shifting the left lever. Or you can easily lift the chain back on, too. Need help? Just ask us!
